Unlike his immediate superior, the principal, the vice principal is stonefaced man. While not an outright mean person, he attempts to get Takahashi to stop aiding the demi students as they were relying on him for too much support; in truth he nearly caused Takahashi to alienate himself. After seeing other students help out the demis, he changed his mind as he saw Takahashi had inspired cooperation. The simplest way to describe him is a "hardass".
